Whole House remodel come about when the owner wants the home to be updated to today's standards but wants to retain the structure and appearance of the home.Typically a Whole House Remodel involves updating of all the major systems such as plumbing, electrical, heating, windows and doors, cabinetry and countertops and finishes in the home. During the course of the project LeMier Construction will work to enhance the energy efficiency of the home and recommend products that serve the owner's long term goals. Often additions or modifications to the structure are involved.
Kitchen
A kitchen remodel can involve the updating and replacement of the cabinets, plumbing fixtures, countertops, lighting and flooring. It can be as simple as updating the countertops to add an accent color or replacing the sink and faucet. Whether the kitchen is an entertainment center or a personal workspace, LeMier Construction will approach the project with the end user's priorities in mind. We identify the owner's preferences, share the knowledge we gained on past projects and create a kitchen that best serves their needs.
Bathroom
Bathroom remodels can range from updating the tub, toilet and sink to a complete wall to wall renovation. A bathroom remodel often involves enhancing the existing lighting, changing the flooring and adding features such as tile surrounds, stone countertops and new plumbing fixtures. LeMier Construction has personnel certified in Aging in Place issues who will help clients with mobility and other aging concerns create a bathroom that will serve them for many years to come.

Custom Homes
LeMier Phillips works with the client from the concept to the rooftop. We offer a couple of services related to custom homes. Under a Budget Developement Agreement LeMier Construction will create a budget upon the client's design to help determine if the project is feasible. If no design exists we work with architects and designers who will create anything from a conceptual drawing to a permit package, ready for review by the Building Department.
Under a Project Agreement LeMier Construction will work with the client to guide the project through the permitting and construction process, creating a home that best serves your lifestyle and wishes. A project Agreement will provide you with a beautiful home in "turn key" condition. LeMier Construction has a team of subcontractors that we have worked with for years. Their quality of work and integrity is very important to the end product and to the client's comfort during the process of construction.
